The Department is part of the Volgenau School of Engineering at George Mason University . The department offers a BS in Information Technology , a MS in Applied Information Technology , and participates in the school-wide PhD in Information Technology . We also provide various certificate and concentration options including a concentration in the inter-disciplinary MS in Data Analytics Engineering offered by VSE and a successful suite of programs for the Intelligence Community . Our programs are uniquely positioned to prepare graduates to succeed in the workforce.
